CVE-2026-93432
MediumCVSS 6.1Exploitation Probability (EPSS)
Elevated risk68th percentile - higher than 68% of all known CVEs
Summary
A flaw was found in the Quarkus Qute template engine. When the {#eval} section helper processes a sub-template, it fails to pass the parent template's content type information. This bypasses standard escaping mechanisms, allowing untrusted data to be output as raw, unescaped text. This vulnerability can lead to Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) and JSON Injection, potentially allowing a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code in a user's browser or manipulate data.
Risk Assessment
The XSS and JSON Injection vulnerability may allow an attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript in the victim's browser, steal sessions, or manipulate application data. Organizations using Quarkus Qute to render content from untrusted sources are exposed to client-side attacks and data injection.
Recommendation
Update Quarkus to a version containing the fix for this flaw, or avoid using the {#eval} helper with untrusted data. Apply additional escaping and output validation mechanisms in Qute templates.

imgproxy from 4.0.0 before 4.0.16 contains an integer overflow in the ICO loader that allows remote attackers to trigger a heap buffer overflow via a crafted data_size value. OpenAM from 14.0.0 before 16.1.4 contains an information disclosure vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to read live session tokens from the notification WebSocket. - CVE-2026-123550Critical
OpenAM before 16.1.4 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability in its SAML v2.0 service provider that accepts unsigned assertions on the ECP (PAOS) and HTTP-Artifact bindings when WantAssertionsSigned is false. Unauthenticated remote attackers can submit forged assertions to obtain sessions as any mapped user, including administrators, and hijack single sign-on to dependent applications.

OpenAM before 16.1.4 fails to enforce the Valid Creation Attributes list during self-registration, allowing anonymous attackers to set restricted attributes including group membership. A flaw was found in the Keycloak server's client management component.
