Summary
Vulnerability in Oracle SOA Suite (Fabric Layer component) affecting versions 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0. A low-privileged authenticated attacker with HTTP network access can unauthorizedly create, delete or modify critical data and cause partial denial of service.
Risk Assessment
An attacker can compromise the integrity of critical data in Oracle SOA Suite and partially disrupt service availability. Only a low-privileged account is required, increasing the risk from internal users.
Recommendation
Apply Oracle security updates for versions 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 and restrict network access to SOA Suite HTTP interfaces.
