Summary
Vulnerability in Oracle SOA Suite (Fabric Layer component) affecting versions 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0. An easily exploitable vulnerability allows a low-privileged attacker with HTTP network access to take over Oracle SOA Suite.
Risk Assessment
Taking over Oracle SOA Suite can compromise the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the system. Low attack complexity and only low privileges required increase the risk.
Recommendation
Immediately apply Oracle security updates for versions 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 and restrict network access to SOA Suite HTTP interfaces.
