Control Web Panel (CWP) before webpanel_version 1.30 contains a blind SQL injection vulnerability in an unauthenticated loopback API route that connects to MySQL as root. The 'user' parameter is interpolated directly into a query against the oauth_clients table, enabling time-based blind SQL injection and extraction of arbitrary database contents.

Attackers can exploit MySQL root privileges obtained via the injection to write arbitrary files using INTO DUMPFILE, enabling deployment of a PHP webshell to the web-accessible roundcube logs directory and achieving remote code execution as the cwpsvc account.
