CVE-2026-6715

CriticalCVSS 9.8
Published: Updated: Translated: NVD NIST

Summary

IBM Concert 1.0 through 3.0.1.1 allows an attacker to supply crafted input that is incorporated into an operating system command without adequate validation or sanitization. Successful exploitation allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system with the privileges of the affected service.

Risk Assessment

An attacker could take control of the system, execute arbitrary commands, and access data and resources with the privileges of the IBM Concert service. This poses a serious risk to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Recommendation

Update IBM Concert to a version later than 3.0.1.1 that contains the fix, and restrict network access to the service to trusted sources.
