CVE-2026-6075
HighCVSS 8.1Exploitation Probability (EPSS)
Low risk10th percentile - higher than 10% of all known CVEs
Summary
The Media Library Assistant plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) in versions up to and including 3.35. This is due to missing nonce verification on the bulk action handlers in the settings tab handlers, allowing unauthenticated attackers to trick an administrator into performing bulk delete, edit, or purge operations on plugin settings and attachment metadata via a forged request.
Risk Assessment
The risk involves unauthorized modification or deletion of configuration data and attachment metadata, potentially leading to data loss, site disruption, and compromise of the media library integrity.
Recommendation
Immediately update the Media Library Assistant plugin to the latest available version that includes a fix for the CSRF vulnerability. If an update is not available, consider temporarily disabling the plugin until a patch is released.
