CVE-2026-55637
HighCVSS 8.8Exploitation Probability (EPSS)
Low risk11th percentile - higher than 11% of all known CVEs
Summary
genieacs-mcp prior to 0.3.2 creates an unauthenticated /mcp listener on the default MCP_LISTEN_ADDR value 127.0.0.1:8080 when MCP_AUTH_TOKEN is unset and the httpSrv.Start(addr) branch does not validate the Host or Origin headers. A malicious website can use DNS rebinding to send browser requests with attacker-controlled Host and Origin values to the loopback listener, initialize an MCP session, list tools, and invoke operations against the GenieACS NBI configured by ACS_URL. Successful exploitation can expose or modify CPE management state, including device reboots, firmware tasks, TR-069 parameter changes, presets, provisions, tags, connection requests, and task operations. The npm wrapper is not affected because it forces TRANSPORT=stdio and does not expose an HTTP listener. This issue is fixed in version 0.3.2.
Risk Assessment
The risk includes unauthorized access to CPE device management, which could lead to configuration changes, device disruptions, or other malicious activities in the network.
Recommendation
Update genieacs-mcp to version 0.3.2 or later and set MCP_AUTH_TOKEN to secure the server against unauthorized access.

imgproxy from 4.0.0 before 4.0.16 contains an integer overflow in the ICO loader that allows remote attackers to trigger a heap buffer overflow via a crafted data_size value. Attackers can submit a crafted ICO image whose data_size wraps the allocation in vips/icoload.c, corrupting heap memory to crash the process or achieve code execution.

OpenAM from 14.0.0 before 16.1.4 contains an information disclosure vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to read live session tokens from the notification WebSocket. Attackers can bypass the agent-only check through an unvalidated internal forward on legacy Liberty ID-FF endpoints, collecting iPlanetDirectoryPro tokens to hijack user and administrator sessions.
- CVE-2026-123550Critical
OpenAM before 16.1.4 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability in its SAML v2.0 service provider that accepts unsigned assertions on the ECP (PAOS) and HTTP-Artifact bindings when WantAssertionsSigned is false. Unauthenticated remote attackers can submit forged assertions to obtain sessions as any mapped user, including administrators, and hijack single sign-on to dependent applications.
- CVE-2026-123549Critical
OpenAM before 16.1.4 fails to enforce the Valid Creation Attributes list during self-registration, allowing anonymous attackers to set restricted attributes including group membership. Attackers can register through the legacy self-service REST endpoint or User Self-Service flow to join administrative groups and gain full administrative control of OpenAM.

- CVE-2026-120984Critical
A flaw was found in the Keycloak server's client management component. When a client is created or imported with authorization services enabled, the system fails to properly clear an internal session attribute used during setup. Original NVD description (English source)
genieacs-mcp is an MCP server for GenieACS written in Go. Prior to 0.3.2, the Streamable HTTP transport in cmd/server/main.go creates an unauthenticated /mcp listener on the default MCP_LISTEN_ADDR value 127.0.0.1:8080 when MCP_AUTH_TOKEN is unset and the httpSrv.Start(addr) branch does not validate the Host or Origin headers.
