Summary

OpenPanel before 3.0.0 contains an SQL injection vulnerability that allows authenticated users to read cross-tenant data by supplying a crafted property parameter to profile.values. Attackers can inject a SELECT expression with their own FROM/WHERE clauses and comment out the project_id scope to exfiltrate other projects' profiles, events, and sessions.

Risk Assessment

An authenticated attacker can access data from other projects, violating tenant isolation and information confidentiality, potentially leading to leakage of sensitive data.

Recommendation

Update OpenPanel to version 3.0.0 or later. Monitor for unusual queries to profile.values and consider tightening access controls for authenticated users.
