Summary

The Music Store – WordPress eCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Directory Traversal in all versions up to and including 1.4.7 via the 'f' parameter. This allows unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files on the server, which may contain sensitive information. Exploitation requires a valid purchase_id token, obtainable by any user through a single low-cost purchase or a shared download link.

Risk Assessment

An attacker can read sensitive server files such as configurations or credentials, potentially leading to further compromise. The required token is easily obtainable, lowering the exploitation barrier.

Recommendation

Update the Music Store plugin to a version later than 1.4.7 if available, or consider disabling it. Review logs for suspicious requests using the 'f' parameter.
