CVE-2026-109384
HighCVSS 8.8Exploitation Probability (EPSS)
Elevated risk54th percentile - higher than 54% of all known CVEs
Summary
The IvyForms plugin for WordPress in versions up to and including 1.5.1 is vulnerable to arbitrary file upload via the filterFiletypeAndExt function due to insufficient file type validation and bypass of WordPress's native defenses. Authenticated attackers with custom-level access can configure a file upload field with a dangerous extension, and then any unauthenticated visitor can upload a file via the public REST endpoint, enabling remote code execution.
Risk Assessment
An attacker could upload and execute malicious code on the server, taking control of the site. However, this requires form configuration privileges, limiting the pool of potential attackers.
Recommendation
Update the IvyForms plugin to a version later than 1.5.1. Additionally, restrict form editing permissions and monitor uploaded files.

Etrel INCH AC charging station management web interface prior to firmware versions 7.1.2 and 8.0.1 contains a hard-coded default credentials vulnerability that allows remote attackers to gain full Administrator access by authenticating with the factory-default account. In node-opcua (an OPC UA implementation for TypeScript and Node.js), versions 2.42.0 through 2.180.0 do not honor namespace-level access control configured via setDefaultRolePermissions for nodes without explicit per-node permissions. SessionContext.getApplicableRolePermissions reads a missing or null value instead of the configured namespace field, and the null result is treated permissively. As a result, an anonymous network client can write variables or call bound methods when an operator relied on restrictive namespace defaults.

Original NVD description (English source)
The The Innovative Form Builder – IvyForms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 1.5.1 via the filterFiletypeAndExt function. This is due to insufficient file type validation due to the absence of a dangerous-extension denylist in the allowed-extensions sanitizer and deliberate override of WordPress's native MIME and extension defences via a registered wp_check_filetype_and_ext filter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. An authenticated attacker with the custom add_edit_forms capability must first configure a File Upload field with a dangerous extension (e.g., php) in the allowed-extensions list; once that form is published, any unauthenticated visitor can trigger the actual file upload via the publicly accessible /wp-json/ivyforms/v1/form/submission/ REST route.
