CVE-2026-107126
HighCVSS 8.8Exploitation Probability (EPSS)
Low risk12th percentile - higher than 12% of all known CVEs
Summary
The WP Booking System WordPress plugin before 2.1.0.1 does not sanitise and escape a client-controllable request value before storing it and later outputting it in an administration screen. This allows unauthenticated attackers to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks that execute in the session of an administrator who views the stored data.
Risk Assessment
An attacker can execute arbitrary JavaScript in an administrator's session, potentially leading to account takeover, data theft, or site modification. The risk is high due to the possibility of privilege escalation.
Recommendation
Update the WP Booking System plugin to version 2.1.0.1 or later. Check whether any malicious scripts are present in the database.
Other vulnerabilities in WP Booking System WordPress plugin
See all- CVE-2026-116557Critical
The WP Booking System – Booking Calendar plugin for WordPress in versions up to and including 2.1.0.5 lacks a capability check in the wpbs_action_ajax_calendar_remove_note() function. An authenticated attacker with Subscriber-level access or above can delete arbitrary calendar notes belonging to any calendar.
- CVE-2026-109369Medium
The WP Booking System – Booking Calendar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 2.1.0.3. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to grant themselves and arbitrary other users edit access to every booking form on the site by overwriting the user_permission meta that governs the plugin's own access-control list. Exploitation requires the attacker to have already been delegated edit rights on at least one booking form, as this delegation both downgrades the submenu capability to 'read' (making the edit page accessible) and allows them to harvest a valid wpbs_edit_form nonce that will pass validation against any other form_id.
