Summary
Titra is open source project time tracking software. Prior to version 0.99.49, any authenticated Admin user can modify the timeEntryRule in the database. The value is then passed to a NodeVM to execute as code. Without sanitization, it leads to Remote Code Execution. Version 0.99.49 fixes the issue.
Risk Assessment
An attacker with admin privileges can execute arbitrary code on the server, potentially leading to full system compromise and data breach.
Recommendation
Immediately upgrade Titra to version 0.99.49 or later and restrict admin panel access to trusted users only.
