Low risk45th percentile - higher than 45% of all known CVEs
Summary
A path traversal vulnerability has been reported in several QNAP operating system versions. If a remote attacker gains an administrator account, they can exploit the vulnerability to read unexpected files or system data.
Risk Assessment
An attacker with administrator privileges may access sensitive files and system data, potentially leading to information disclosure.
Recommendation
Upgrade to QTS 5.2.6.3195 build 20250715 or later, or QuTS hero h5.2.6.3195 build 20250715 or later.
