Summary

The WP Google Map Plugin for WordPress (all versions up to and including 1.0) is vulnerable to blind SQL Injection via the 'id' parameter of the 'google_map' shortcode due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query.

Risk Assessment

An authenticated attacker with Contributor-level access or above can append additional SQL queries into already existing queries, which can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.

Recommendation

Update the WP Google Map Plugin to a version later than 1.0 that fixes the vulnerability. If updating is not possible, consider disabling the plugin.
